My name is Ayazhan or just Aya. I’m a pastry chef and the founder of Patisserie Lala, an online dessert shop that brings a taste of unique, handcrafted pastries to dessert lovers everywhere.

After graduating with a degree in pastry and baking arts, I worked in one of the most famous bakeries in New York City and met a lot of talented chefs.

Over time, I became more and more fascinated with the art and science of cooking, I continued learning about food through additional courses in the midst of opening my bakery in the city.
